1. *Lost Garments*
In the rare event of a lost garment, we will offer full reimbursement based on the garment's assessed value.
2. *Garment Check*
Customers are kindly asked to check their garments before leaving the store.
3. *Service Satisfaction*
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may return the item *on the same day of collection* for a no-charge re-clean.
Returns made *after the collection day* will be subject to a *50% re-cleaning charge*.
4. *Garment Care and Label Instructions*
We strictly follow the care instructions on garment labels. We are *not responsible* for any shrinkage, damage, or discolouration if we have followed the provided instructions.
If no care label is present, cleaning is done entirely *at the customer's own risk*.
5. *Pockets and Belongings*
Please ensure that all *pockets are emptied* and *cufflinks or accessories* are removed before handing garments to us.
We do not accept liability for items left in garments. If found, we will do our best to return them to the customer.
